I have been reflecting this week on the amazing Community Day we had last Saturday. So many of you came to school to help paint, build, tidy, clean, weed and transform our outside spaces. Expertly organised by our amazing PTA and School Business Manager, Sandy and supported by O'Brien's (leading up to and on the day), Tesco Warwick (refreshments) and HS2 (wood chippings) - the day was such a huge success and the outside spaces are sparkling!
I am truly humbled by the commitment and support shown for the school, and I cannot thank everyone enough. If you haven't watched our facebook video yet showing the day please take a look! On Monday when the children came to school, they were amazed to see the difference and they are particularly enjoying the new extended mud kitchen on the back field.
We still have more we want to do, if you are skilled at shed building, we will be taking delivery of 4 more sheds soon, to complete our play village in the front playground, and there is still painting of fences and walls to be completed. Please pop into school or email admin2326@welearn365.com if you think you can help - we can be flexible with times throughout the day or afterschool.
Reception archery
This week, as part of PE curriculum enrichment, reception got the chance to learn archery. They really enjoyed learning how to hold the bow and carefully line up the arrow correctly to get the best aim. Please take a look at our facebook post and further photos on tapestry.

A letter has been emailed to you containing everything you need to know about our upcoming sports day on 21st May. You are able to bring non-school age children to this event too, however, dogs are not allowed on site so please arrange to have these looked after.
