This week has been Children's Mental Health week and the children have been experiencing activities such as yoga and mindfulness and talking about how to have a healthy mind and body. Internet safety day on Tuesday, was also a good opportunity to talk further to the children about the importance of breaks for screen time and healthy use of IT. 5 ways to wellbeing is a great resource to help parents with this important topic.
You may have already seen the wonderful videos that your children have made about important internet safety messages - these are on tapestry for you to view. Please take the time to watch them with your child and talk about how you keep them safe on the internet at home.
