School term dates are set by Warwickshire Local Authority and can be checked on the following website:

Teacher Training Day (School closed to pupils): Tuesday 1st September
Term Starts: Wednesday 2nd September
Half Term: Monday 26th October - Friday 30th October
Term Ends: Friday 18th December

Spring Term 2027
Teacher Training Day (School closed to pupils): Monday 4th January
Term Starts: Tuesday 5th January
Half Term: Monday 15th February - Friday 19th February
Term Ends: Thursday 25th March

Summer Term 2027
Term Starts: Monday 12th April
Bank Holiday (School closed): Monday 3rd May
Half Term: Monday 25th May - Friday 4th June
Term Ends: Friday 16th July
Teacher Training Day (School closed to pupils):  Monday 19th July, Tuesday 20th, Wednesday 21st July
  
There are 190 school days each year and 175 other days for shopping trips, birthday treats, routine appointments and holidays.

Please take the dates above into account when booking holidays as school can no longer authorise holidays during term time and legal action may be taken against parent(s) by way of a Fixed Penalty Notice.

OPENING HOURS - 8.50am to 3.20pm

Classroom doors open for parents to drop off their children between 8.45am and 8.55am. Registration starts from 8.50am.
 
The school day ends at 3.20pm when children are dismissed from their classroom. They are handed over to a named adult or are collected by SMILES Club playworkers or taken to an after school club run on our school site.
 
The total school time for each week is 32 hours and 30 minutes per week.
 
Out of main school hours:
The school runs its own Wraparound Care Club - SMILES:
Breakfast Club operates between 7.30am and 8.45am
After School Club operates between 3.20am and 6pm

External providers also offer a range of after school clubs for Infant children that are run on our school site including, Cookery, Spanish, Dance, Multi-skills and Football. These clubs finish between 4.15pm and 4.30pm. Please look out for Club flyers sent to parents each term or contact the school office for further details.
 
Please note that there is a cost for SMILES and after school clubs run by external providers.
