The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is a legal framework that sets guidelines for the collection and processing of personal information from individuals who live in the European Union.

 

As a school we process large amounts of personal data. Our privacy notices explain what data we process and whether we need consent for this. 

 

A copy of our Privacy Notice is emailed to parents annually, displayed in our entrance hall and is included on this web page.

 

Each year Telford Infant School is audited by Warwickshire County Council Data Protection Officer Service (DPO) as they act on our behalf as a Data Protection Officer. For the past 4 years, 2023 2024, 2025 and 2026 audits, all areas of our audit have been RAG rated Green.
