Well done to everyone for surviving the heat this week! It was certainly a bit warm in school but the children coped well (I am not sure about the adults!).
This week all the children spent a day in their new classrooms as part of transition for September. There were lots of happy faces at the end of the day and it was lovely to see so many parents able to visit new classrooms and say hello to the teacher(s). Our new reception children bravely came and stayed for a while in their new classrooms without their grown ups and did really well.
Yesterday we celebrated our amazing office staff and caretaker. Sandy and Hannah work tirelessly to make sure the administration of the school runs smoothly and are our front line team to deal with all your queries. Richard comes in super early every day to open up and make sure the school and grounds are well maintained and cared for. I am sure you will join me in thanking them for all they do.

Useful PSHE information for parents
The PSHE Cluster Leads across North Leamington schools, are delighted to share with parents an interactive newsletter, created through a collaborative project to support the social, emotional, and mental health and well-being of children and young people in our community. Inside, you will find a carefully compiled collection of contacts, websites, resources, and information covering a wide range of topics—from transitions into primary and secondary school, to building resilience and supporting mental health. With links to webinars, downloadable PDFs, and QR codes, this resource is designed to be a practical and accessible tool that parents and carers can return to whenever needed. We hope you find it both useful and reassuring.
