OFSTED

OFSTED
OFSTED last visited us in November 2018 when the school  retained its Good judgement. We received with many positive comments made by our Inspector. These included:

  • 'You place importance on the personal, social and emotional development of pupils as well as their academic success. As a result, pupils are happy to come to school, where they learn and achieve well.'

  • ‘Pupils tell me they feel safe and well cared for. They said that everyone is friendly at the school and they agreed that there would be someone to talk to if they had any worries.’

  • 'Teachers provide interesting and engaging learning experiences that allow pupils to become resilient learners who work well independently and also collaboratively.’

  • 'Parents hold you (Headteacher) and the school in high regard.’

  • ‘Governors share your determination that pupils will have an enjoyable and positive experience’.

The inspection letter contains many more examples of the wonderful work that is going on at Telford Infants and we encourage you to read it in full - please follow the link below.

PARENT VIEW
Parent View is an online facility launched by Ofsted in October 2011 that allows parents and carers to give their views about their child’s school at any time of the school year. The questionnaire is also the main mechanism for parents to give their views to inspectors about their child’s school at the time of a school inspection.

The questionnaire can be accessed at https://parentview.ofsted.gov.uk or from the home page of Ofsted’s website www.ofsted.gov.uk

or click the link below that will take you directly to the Parent View Homepage.
